Pilar is an executive business and team coach, coaching trainer, mentor and leadership lecturer. She is an Erickson International certified coach and PCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She spent 20 years of her career in the corporate sector, holding various managerial positions in the field of telecommunications and hospitality. A citizen of the world, Pilar spent her formative years in Italy, US, UK, France and Japan before settling in Zagreb, Croatia. She speaks five languages, giving her the ability to relate to various cultures and points of view. Her purpose is to help people in organisations develop the emotional intelligence to bring all of themselves to work to transform the workplace.
Pilar’s focus is to grow her clients’ leadership in a way that creates ripple effects in organisations. Better organisational cultures, re-energized teams, clearer vision and focus, sparked creativity, reduced turnover, boosted performance and increased overall well-being.
