Edson’s story began in 1994., when he – at being just 14 years old – started working as an apprentice at a dental lab in São Paulo, Brazil. Two years later he was already recognized as a dental technician.
He developed professionally working in several dental labs and in 2003. He opened his own business in São Paulo. This is the origin of what is today known as Premiumlab by Edson da Silva.
Premiumlab began its international recognition in 2008., working with leading dental experts like Christian Coachman, Murilo Calgaro and Rodrigo Monsano together made the first connection between Brazil and Belgium, in order to conclude cases for Eric Van Dooren.
At the invitation of European dentists to collaborate with Edson, Premiumlab opened his premises in Lisbon in 2016.
In 2021., continuing the same philosophy, Edson opened his dental clinic in order to personally attend specific cases.
