We do this to ensure your entrance on an event only for those with valid access for the event. We may ask you to show us your ID or other identification documents as proof of your identity.
Your picture and/or video and/or audio may be taken during the event, recording of a Service and questions asked online and published on our or our partners’ social media and marketing channels.
After and during the usage of a Service, you may receive an email containing relevant information about the Service or requesting feedback about the Service.

When you are speaking, you will be asked to provide your name, surname, country, and contact details (email and phone number), as well as your company’s name, industry, your business role, profile picture, information about your education, work experience, and any other information you choose to share with us in your resume (CV). In addition, we may ask you to provide your social media profile links, links to your blog(s) or website(s) as well as the title and description of the talk(s) and/or workshop(s) you will hold while performing a speech for a Service.

We collect your personal data when we agree that you will speak at any of our events connected to any of our Services.

When you are speaking, we need some personal information for the speakers list as well as to communicate with you, arrange our marketing materials, as well to ensure other practical details related to your appearance in connection with the Service.
