A dental surgeon and entrepreneur, Cyril supports dental practices in their growth through seminars and coaching. He developed a comprehensive approach to patient care in aesthetics, function, and biology through his unique ODA concept. Passionate about personal development, he created success-focused programs to help dentists grow their businesses.
Monica graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie Iași and earned her Master’s degree at UT Health Houston School of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics.
Dentistry is Monica’s first passion, she has spent the last 30 years enjoying dentistry in all its forms. Beyond creating beautiful, healthy smiles, Monica loves growing businesses, especially helping practice owners master “what must happen” in their operations so they can move to the next level.
He began his entrepreneurial journey by registering his first business in 1992.
Today, he owns three successful companies in the region that are driving leading innovations in dental medicine. He gained his business expertise at prestigious American and European business schools and organizations. Siniša is on a mission to transform the businesses of his clients and the lives of everyone around him.
A certified rabbit-hole diver, An has built several companies becoming a serial entrepreneur by the age of 32. He’s known for saying things exactly as he sees them and for captivating audiences with his bold vision of life, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement.
Formally trained as a dentist, An now spends his time as a speaker and entrepreneur, doing whatever it takes to fulfill his mission: to inspire and empower people around the world to jump and touch the sky, never letting anyone tell them it can’t be done or that their ideals aren’t real.
